Copyright and Takedown Policy

VyvyManga.us respects the rights of creators, publishers and other copyright owners. We are an independent informational website and do not own, host, upload or distribute manga, manhwa, manhua or webtoon chapters.

If you believe material appearing directly on VyvyManga infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice. We will review complete, good-faith notices and take appropriate action where required.

What to Include in a Copyright Notice

Please send a notice containing:

  1. Your full legal name and a physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If the request covers several works, provide a clear representative list.
  3. The exact URL of the material on VyvyManga.us that you want us to review. A general homepage link may not be enough to locate it.
  4. Your mailing address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

Send the complete notice to:

Email: [email protected]
Subject line: Copyright Takedown Request

What Happens After a Notice

We may ask for missing details if we cannot identify the work, page or person making the request. After reviewing a complete notice, we may remove or restrict access to the material, correct the page, contact the person who supplied the material, or take another step that is appropriate under applicable law.

Sending a notice does not guarantee automatic removal. We may decline requests that are incomplete, fraudulent, unrelated to material on our website, or unsupported by copyright law.

Requests About External Websites

VyvyManga.us may link to third-party websites, but we do not control their servers or content. If the material you object to appears only on another website, send your request directly to that website or its hosting provider. We can review whether a link or reference on our own page should be changed, but we cannot remove content from an external service.

Good-Faith Notices Only

Please consider whether the disputed material may be authorized, licensed, in the public domain or allowed by an exception such as fair use before sending a notice. Knowingly making a serious false claim may carry legal consequences.

Counter-Notices

If material you provided was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Counter-Notice.” Identify the removed material, its former URL, explain why you believe removal was mistaken, and provide accurate contact information.

Additional statements or formal requirements may apply depending on the law and process involved. We may give you further instructions after reviewing your message.

Trademark and Other Rights

For trademark, privacy or other rights-related concerns, email [email protected]. Include the exact page URL, explain the right involved, describe the requested action and provide evidence that you own the right or are authorized to act for its owner.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or applicable law. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.
